Strategic Rebranding and Performance Marketing: The Accelerated Growth of Videira School.
The 360º Rebranding project for Videira School — which included the creation of the Brand, Visual Identity and Interior Design of the physical space — generated a 7.5x increase in enrollments in 1 year, proving an exceptional Return on Investment in Performance Marketing.
I demonstrated the ability to generate robust growth with minimal investment, by aligning the customer's physical experience with the brand's communication and sales strategy.
This project encompassed the Strategy, Creation, and Operation phases, which should be highlighted:
"Thalissa completely transformed my business vision. She introduced herself as a Designer but delivered much more than we could have ever imagined. She saw Videira School as a complete product and guided us through an End-to-End Strategic Design process.
Together, we performed a complete mapping of the Customer Journey, from the first contact, and restructured our Service Design, focusing on how to serve them with care and excellence. Furthermore, the improvement of the spaces (the Environmental Design) was crucial for maximizing the Customer Experience (CX).
The project was entirely planned by her, and by following every step, we achieved incredible success. Before the project, we had low retention. After the restructuring, we became a constantly full school and, most importantly, achieved very high retention. Many children who started in the nursery began staying with us for years, which validated our new positioning.
