"Thalissa completely changed our business vision. After 20 years dedicated to the school, we saw our company entering a crisis of identity and credibility. It was then that she proposed a grand change and a 360º turnaround project.
We had some initial resistance, especially regarding the name evolution and structure, but it gradually became clear that her strategy would make all the difference. She looked at the business comprehensively.
We started the changes quickly in 2017 and 2018, and the transformation was immediate. Today, in 2025, we are a consolidated educational group, with 3 units, and we continue to grow. We are very grateful for her taking the company out of crisis and teaching us to achieve a market positioning that brought us so much success."
