360º Strategy and App Design: Building a Scalable Franchise from Branding to Technology.
The Casa do Escondidinho project was a comprehensive exercise in End-to-End Product Design. Beyond building the Branding foundation for franchisability, I dove deep into Product Discovery and UX/UI, designing the entire digital user experience. I developed the technological ecosystem from scratch, from mapping User Flows to the navigable high-fidelity prototype of the ordering app.

Complementing the technical product delivery, I took on the integral execution of all brand assets: I handled the professional food photography, developed the website, the visual identity, all graphic materials, and the facade design. The result is a fully integrated design and technology solution, where every touchpoint was engineered to ensure business success and scalability.
